Olivia Goodkin recently retired from law after decades of experience representing companies on a variety of employee, trade secret and trademark issues.  Olivia was the chair of the Employment Law Groups at two prominent law firms.  Subsequently, in her own firm, she focused exclusively on acting as the impartial investigator of employee complaints, including sexual harassment, racial or other bias, threats of violence, and other workplace issues.  

Olivia’s background includes work as a trial attorney in state and federal courts and before arbitrators and administrative officers.  Olivia also trained and served as a mediator.  For many years Olivia has served in various positions of leadership on non-profit boards.  Olivia earned her B.A. from UCLA and her J.D. from USC Law School.
